Happy New Year

1 Make a New Year's party hat.

1 Draw a straight line

(about 40 cm) on a piece

of coloured card.

2 Draw a circle around the

line.

3 Cut around the circle and

down half of the line.

4 Fold the edges around to

fit it on your head and

staple it together.

5 Decorate the hat with

balloons and fireworks.
