Call a friend (e.g. Ted) at home and ask for him.
He isn’t there, so you talk to Student B, a member Student B
of Ted’s family. Say that you will call back. You are Ted’s brother/sister/mum/dad.
Answer the phone and ask Student A to
Student B wait while you get Ted.
You are Ted’s brother/sister/mum/dad. Answer the
phone and explain to Student A that Ted is not at
home. Take Student A’s message.
