                    Make your personal ‘Healthy Plate’ poster!
                    A.  Choose two or three kinds of food that you like from each food group. Then do some research on
                       the internet to find out something interesting about those specific kinds of food. Draw or print
                       some pictures.
                    B.  Use a large piece of card for your poster. Write the title My Healthy Plate at the top. Then draw
                       a table with two columns and two rows. Write the titles of the four food groups in the boxes. Use
                       the information you have found to write a few things about the kinds of food you chose and the
                       corresponding group they are in. Stick the pictures you have found/drawn onto your poster.
                    C. Present your poster to the class.
